Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

CAVA is a tuition-free, full-time online public school system serving students in Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade across California. The school emphasizes meaningful partnerships between families and educators, providing interactive daily lessons, live teacher support, and a rich range of learning pathways designed to prepare students for success in college, careers, and life. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and elevate CAVA’s talent strategy, shaping how the organization attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing, values-aligned workforce. In this role, you will partner with leaders across the organization to build strong, sustainable pipelines of educators and staff who are passionate about student-centered virtual learning. You will advance the design and implementation of the organization’s talent acquisition and retention strategy to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across a virtual, mission-driven environment. The Senior Manager will help strengthen and scale the recruitment team and overall function by balancing strategic input with hands-on execution.
This is a full-time, virtual position that offers flexibility in residence with California HR experience strongly preferred. Working hours align with the Pacific Time Zone. The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 annually and includes a generous benefits package.
