About This Role
This position administers unified and technical support for hardware and software problems. Investigates, evaluates, determines and defines user complications and needs. Establishes program and system stipulations and expands new and current solutions. This position reports to the appropriate administrator. Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.

This position is Hybrid eligible.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
• Requires an associate degree and one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency with one or more major talent management platforms (e.g., ADP, Cornerstone, Successfactors, Canvas, Workday, PageUp).
• Strong technical aptitude, including understanding of SCORM/xAPI, SSO, APIs and integration with third-party tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in a higher education setting.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools, and performance management best practices.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and compliance frameworks (e.g., FERPA, GDPR).
