Associate Director of Accessibility

The Associate Director of Accessibility provides leadership and oversight for accessibility services, ensuring equitable access and support for students with disabilities in compliance with federal regulations. This role focuses on enhancing the student experience by fostering an inclusive
learning environment and supporting the retention and success of students with disabilities.

Reporting to the Director of Academic Support and Accessibility, the Associate Director collaborates closely with other university stakeholders to deliver integrated, student-centered support. This position serves students across multiple campuses and online programs, ensuring
accessibility across curricular and co-curricular experiences.

The Associate Director directly supervises two part-time American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters and two Graduate Assistants conducting field work hours, providing guidance and professional development to enhance service delivery.
