About This Role

The position exists to assist with the Graduate School admissions process. The primary objectives are to assist and/or evaluate international or domestic applications, create and issue I-20's, assign advisors, review and record transcripts, assist with check-in for international students and linking electronic documents. The person in the position must be able to use the tools and knowledge to answer numerous admission questions that come up, must be able to adapt to change to the admissions process and must have the ability to conduct themselves professionally in all situations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Two years of applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems, Student Information Systems, and processing transcripts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong social and communication skills and the ability to engage with others of various backgrounds.
• Possess a high level of energy and able to work under strict deadlines. Self-motivation, a team attitude, and a consistent commitment to a high standard of excellence are preferred.
• Typing, computer skills, decision making and problem-solving ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing which requires knowledge of standard English usage, spelling and written communication
• Two years' experience in clerical or office support work and education at the high school or post-high school level in English, spelling, typing, computer applications, business and office practices.
• Bachelor's degree
